I am a graduate in BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) and currently pursuing my MSc in Yoga. With a deep interest in natural healing and holistic health, I have been conducting yoga therapy sessions for the past 3 years. I am a certified Yoga Trainer, and I offer customized sessions based on individual health needs. My services include therapeutic yoga sessions, general yoga for maintaining good health, and lifestyle correction through natural methods.

I conduct online and offline sessions—both for individuals and groups. These sessions are suitable for people of all ages who are looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, manage health conditions, or simply maintain overall wellness through yoga.

Alongside this, I take special advanced yoga training for children who are preparing for yoga competitions. I focus on improving their performance through structured training and personal guidance. I myself am a national-level yoga player, and I bring that experience into my teaching to help kids reach their highest potential.

I also integrate other healing practices like Acupuncture, Cupping Therapy, and Diet Planning to support complete wellness. My goal is to make natural healing simple, accessible, and effective for everyone through yoga and naturopathy.
