I am a Certified Yoga Instructor with 2+ years of experience in taking online and offline yoga classes.
I take both group and personal classes.
I train on asanas, sukshma vyayama, pranayama, talk on yoga philosophy, teach special techniques to relieve stress and rejuvenate the body and mind along with meditation.
Summary: I teach Yoga as a whole to be applied on the mat and off the mat to make life easy, healthy and aim towards a higher goal.
Once the body is stress and disease free, we can focus at the higher goal and that is what I aim for my students.
I carry a certificate for Yoga Instructor and also pursuing my masters in Yoga therapy, so I teach yoga for specific ailments in personal classes.
