Amit has a work experience of over 20 years across various industries which includes Operations/Training in the BPO sector and various Educational Institutions. He established his own commercial institute in 1990 in Kolkata by the name of Grace Commercial Institute, where he was the Principal–cum-Proprietor. There were many subjects taught by different teachers at his Institute. He taught Spoken English & Personality Development to the students and working class people for almost 10 years. In 2000, he joined the First International Call Center of Bangalore by the name of First Ring India Pvt Ltd as a CSR, taking calls for an Outbound Campaign (Voice), selling products over the phone to US & UK customers.
