About the Course
This is the first of a series of classes I will be conducting, suitable for all beginner baking enthusiasts, 12 years old and upwards. In this class I will be dealing with easy to do recipes, specially worked out to give the beginner baker an insight into various kinds of baking (cakes, muffins, cookies etc) and also to give them the confidence and enthusiasm to go on to more challenging forms of baking such as intricate pastries, bread baking etc. I will be teaching everything from scratch, from how to weigh, right principles of mixing batters to setting oven temperatures, troubleshooting and sourcing ingredients.
