With a strong academic and professional background, I hold a B.E. (Hons.) in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, one of India’s premier institutions. After working as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco Systems for over six years, I transitioned to my true calling—studying and teaching the timeless wisdom of yoga and Vedic philosophy.

As a certified yoga trainer (RYT-500) from Yoga Alliance, USA, and a diploma holder in Yoga Education from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nasik, I have had the privilege of conducting yoga and meditation sessions at Govardhan Ecovillage (GEV)—one of India’s leading spiritual and wellness retreats. My approach combines traditional asanas, pranayama, and meditation, enriched by insights from the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and other ancient texts.
