When you took 5 classes that time you were very happy with my teaching ,afterwards you only told that you have no time to attend the class and asked me to teach through chat n call which s against urbanpro rules. When I refused it you are blaming me which does not make any sense when coming to the point of money, your money s still very safe in urbanpro. You didn't pay any amount directly to me. For your kind information I have taught so many students of icse and cbse students who are very happy with my teaching.

When is the best time of day to practice yoga?

Brahmi muhurtham that is between 4:30 am to 7am is the best time to practice Yoga ..... If u practice Yoga in this muhurtham u can get 100% benifit of doing it , positive energy around us will lead us to good thoughts Which s very essential to get success in life.

Which are the best yogas for a migraine?

Being a Kundalini Yogi , I suggest yoga poses "Brahmari " and "Kapalabhati" which can help u to get rid of migraine....It really works, we have helped many people who r suffering from migraine.

Yes definitely Yoga can improve vision, An excercise called " Trataka " can 100% improve your vision if it is done under proper guidelines

What strategies do you use to teach basic gardening and nature skills?

First we have to teach the importance of gardening,and wt r the uses of nature. Then we have to make children to grow some small plants We should show them germination process practically so that children will get attracted towards growing plants by this process we can engage them in gardening 👍🏻
