I.T. Professional Trainer having experience training 5000+ students in Python, C++, Java, C and SQL
I teach Mathematics and Computer Science to students from Classes 8 to 10 and also provide training in programming languages such as Java, Python, C, and C++. I have around 20 years of teaching and training experience, along with more than 30 years of overall professional experience in the corporate IT industry. My teaching combines strong academic fundamentals with practical, industry-oriented knowledge. I am an Engineer with an M.Tech. in Data Analytics from BITS Pilani. My academic background has strengthened my expertise in technology, programming, data analytics, and related areas. Alongside teaching, I currently work as a Senior IT Architect at IBM, which allows me to remain closely connected with the latest developments and practical applications in the technology industry. Over my professional career, I have worked with major organisations including IBM, Infosys Limited, and Aditya Birla IT Services. This extensive industry exposure has helped me understand how programming, databases, algorithms, and technology concepts are applied in real-world professional environments. I bring this perspective into my classes so that students can understand the practical relevance of what they learn. Teaching is a passion for me, and I have trained more than 5,000 students during my teaching career. My learners have included B.Tech., MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, and M.Sc. IT students, as well as working professionals looking to develop their technical skills and advance their careers. I have taught subjects including C, C++, Oracle Databases, SQL, Data Structures, and Algorithms. My teaching methodology is practical, structured, and student-focused. I begin by explaining the concept clearly and then use examples and hands-on exercises to help students apply what they have learned. I believe programming should be learned through practice, so I encourage students to write code, analyse problems, identify errors, and develop solutions rather than relying only on theoretical explanations. I conduct online classes and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make my sessions organised and interactive. I adapt the content and pace according to the student's level and learning objectives. Regular practice and doubt-clearing are important parts of my classes, and I encourage students to ask questions and work through problems until they are confident with the topic. My key strength is the ability to combine extensive teaching experience with decades of corporate IT exposure. I aim to help students build strong fundamentals while also understanding how their knowledge connects to real-world technology and professional opportunities. Whether a student is learning school-level Computer Science and Mathematics or preparing to develop programming skills, my goal is to make learning practical, relevant, and confidence-building.
