Certified International trainer, having an experience of more than 20 yrs and have conducted training programs for Corporate, Engineering and Management colleges, International schools and have personally coached top managerial level to improve their efficiency and effectiveness in different levels. I also conduct workshops on Yoga, Reiki and Spiritual development.

I began training youngsters in communication process during early '90s when actually I was running my Industry. Public speaking had come naturally to me and was further honed as I kept attending learning workshops under National and International masters. I have learnt various life skills and philosophy of life under Gurus like Dr Bharat Chandra, Dr J M Sampath, Swamy Sukhbodhanand ji, Edward DeBono( Thinking), Richard Bandler (Creator of NLP) etc during my formative years. I then started designing and conducting workshops on communication, Inter personal relationships, Empathy, Self awareness, Emotional intelligence, critical and creative thinking, stress management etc. etc for corporate officers. Over period I graduated into creating my own processes and games for effective training for behavioural change. Two of the most effective instruments I have created are 'Life Balance Sheet' and 'JOG with the POT' I am on the panel of senior facilitators for training IAS officers, Corporate managers and even students at an international Institution called Initiatives of Change. I do undertake individual cases as well as organisational assignments.

-I'm a mechanical Engineer with 2 years of work experience in core mechanical engineering and now working with an IT firm. -With Design as my base, have wide knowledge about Engineering design and manufacturing -Per suing MBA in project management, worked with several project and successfully completed them -Excellent communication and management skills - Professional kick boxer, represented Karnataka and won silver medal. - With excellent interpersonal skills and goal oriented attitude, capable of successfully accomplishing any given tasks.
