I am a post graduate in Biochemistry, currently pursuing my Ph.D in Biochemistry at Bangalore. I have expertise in teaching Biology and Chemistry from High school level to Post-graduate level as a free-lancer. I would like to teach Biochemistry as my passion. I have been teaching students part time for the past one year. My teaching imparts the students the knowledge of the fundamentals of both Biology and Chemistry. I prepare my students to perform well both for the board exams as well as the competitive exams. I am very friendly in my approach to my students and my approach to teach would be customized as per the needs of the student. I will make the teaching session a very enthusiastic experience to my student. The following are the steps undertaken by me during the process of tutoring: 1. I Look at the syllabus and plan the lessons accordingly. 2. Next, my classes would be planned in an organized way for example: each week would cover 1-2 chapters. 3. I would be assessing the student by giving a test once in a week and the assessment would also include surprise tests which will further motivate the student to study well. 4. After covering the syllabus, I will focus on extending the syllabus to know some interesting facts which will motivate my student. 5. If there is time available after this, I shall enlighten the student about the current research facts on the topics taught by me. 6. There will be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and preparative exams whose format

I am a 2nd year PhD student pursuing teaching as a passion as well as income, with two years of teaching experience having taught students from standard 1 to 7. My preferred subjects include English, Mathematics and Science. As a teacher I always try my students to develop the understanding of the subject, think and write their own answers while targeting better performances every time. As already mentioned in my teaching experiences, that the age group I teach varied from a 7th standard to a toddler, of course the latter required more effort to teach but I have realized a little patience can pay off later while the child's base is strongly built to absorb advanced studies.
