I have been in teaching for more than 3 years . I have helped many juniors and colleagues understanding the real concepts of technology.. From my Understanding a student should 1st learn the operational behavior of any technology and then should learn how to create the control plane to achieve that operational behavior and finally should able to deploy data plane services over control plane. While conducting interviews I have experienced many candidates lacks in core packet level understanding of technology. They have knowledge of book but not able to apply in real world. When I ask a ques to CCNA/CCNP candidate that "if u run a command show ip arp s0/0, what would be expected output ? " 80% gives the wrong answer, it doesn't mean that he or she s not aware of PPP/hdlc or Ethernet encapsulation, it means that they don't know how to use concept in application. I have done M.Tech with specialization in Networking and cleared my CCNA (200-120) exam with 94.8% in Feb 2014. CCNA is a course where we need to do practical along with theory. There are maths part also called as subnetting /supernatting, which is the tough one and important as well. I can start from very basic level of all this stuffs and make it very easy to understand. I have a experience of ten months teaching CCNA in CMS Noida and Networkes Home Bangalore. I had also done CCNP(R&S) training, so I can doubts upto CCNP level with CCNA.
