Overview:
You’ll learn all of the techniques on how to create the perfect dough, the incredibly flavourful and not-too-sweet filling, and a luxurious cream cheese frosting that’s not only fit for cinnamon rolls, but would also be outstanding on your favourite cake as well. Yum!
Apart from this, we will also discuss several varieties of fillings so you can customize the rolls as per your preference.
What To Expect:
You’ll learn some of the foundational rules of bread-making, how to build your flavors, and proper construction techniques that will take your cinnamon roll game to the next level.
All recipes will be included in the lesson plan with step-by-step clearly written instructions, as well as a list of necessary tools needed for this class.
Learning Goals:
Students will understand how yeast works, and the general rules of baking, basics of bread making, understanding proofing/leavening of dough.

We will help you along the way, assessing your work by visual cues, clarifying any questions about the process.
