About the Course
This is an intensive class on chocolate making and is a combination of two of my classes - Chocolate Making (Basic) and Chocolate Making (Advanced) which I am offering at a reduced fee for a short while for your convenience. I will be starting out with the basics of chocolate, varieties, melting and moulding techniques etc and then move onto more complex things like filled chocolates, soft centres, truffle making etc.
Topics CoveredThe process of chocolate making, varieties of chocolate and how to individually deal with them, melting and moulding techniques, flavouring and colouring, a variety of filled chocolates like marshmallow, caramel etc, truffle making and variations, enrobing and decorating chocolates. Lots of variations and tips.
Who should attendAll serious chocolate lovers or those who at least know one!
Pre-requisitesNone - This class is open to all 11 years and above.
What you need to bringJust bring an apron so you can go home with clean clothes! :)
And yes, a box to take the goodies away!
