Teaching yoga has been a deeply fulfilling journey for me, allowing me to work with students of different age groups, fitness levels, and backgrounds. My approach is calm, supportive, and mindful, helping students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their practice.
Academically, I hold a B.Com and M.Com, and I am also a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS). Alongside my professional education, I have completed the Yoga Instructor Course (YICC) from SVYASA, which provided me with a strong foundation in yogic principles, teaching techniques, and safe practice methods. This blend of professional discipline and yogic training reflects in the structured and balanced way I conduct my classes.
My core areas of expertise include Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. I place strong emphasis on helping students develop body awareness, improve flexibility and strength, and cultivate mental calmness through consistent and conscious practice. I also guide students in stress management and wellness-oriented lifestyle habits that support long-term health.
Over the years, I have conducted yoga sessions, meditation workshops, and holistic wellness programs for both individuals and groups. I enjoy working closely with my students, understanding their needs, and guiding them on a journey of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My communication style and motivational approach help students stay engaged and committed to their practice.
I have had the privilege of training under renowned experts such as Dr. Omkar in Aerial Yoga, Mr. Siddu V. Bodkey in Iyengar Yoga, and Mr. Keshava in Katinabhyasa. These learning experiences have enriched my teaching and allowed me to incorporate diverse techniques and perspectives into my sessions. I have also been recognized for my dedication to yoga through multiple state-level yoga competition wins.
I conduct both online and offline classes and follow a structured yet flexible teaching methodology. My sessions combine practical instruction with personalized guidance, ensuring students progress safely and confidently. While I do not personally provide formal certification courses, I am happy to guide and refer students to trusted institutions if they wish to pursue professional certification. My aim is to create meaningful, lasting transformations through yoga and mindful living.
