Ms. Lincy Pramod, Director, Centre for Art Culture and Heritage has been running her fine arts school for the past 20 years in Bangalore. Hailing from Kottayam, Kerala she has been learning and practising Bharatanatyam ,Kutchipudi and Mohiniyattam from the early childhood.
In the state level youth festivals Lincy was adjudged as ?A? grade artist and in the University youth festivals she has won top positions in Bharatanatyam and Kutchipudi in consecutive years. Ms Lincy was nominated as a Member of Senate, University of Kerala in the year 1984-85 honouring her contributions to art and dance.
In the Dance School, Lincy has been nurturing young talents not only of the affluent communities ,but also of the children from low-income settlements of Bangalore who cannot afford to learn these classical forms due to cultural and financial reasons. Her training expertise can surpass any difficulty levels.
Lincy expresses her talents through her paintings as well. Oil on canvass is her favourite medium and have conducted several exhibitions. Socially committed, she donates the proceeds of her works to the deprived children so that her mission , make every child happy, fulfill.
