Prior knowledge about baking is not necessary. Anyone with great passion and eager to learn baking can attend. Students need not get any materials, as everything will be provided including the tools and aprons. It is a complete hands on experience of baking.

*Making Vanilla Sponge Cake
Different types of butter cream will be taught.
How to bake cake from scratch and how to torte the cake, crumb coating the cake, frostings and various decorations will be taught.

- Handling of the cake from the beginning, like Torting/slicing, filling, crumb coating and finally covering with Ganache/buttercream to achieve the sharp edges. Various piping /frosting techniques will be taught.
