Learn about chocolate through an interactive presentation and hands-on Chocolate making. Walk away with your own box of hand made chocolates that you will make during the class.
Demonstration class showing chocolate tempering techniques, ganache making for truffles and chocolate centers will be demonstrated.

We offer sessions of the Artisan Chocolatier Course starting in March . We do cut off registrations when we reach the maximum number of students our instructor feel they have adequate time to be able to work with properly. TO ENSURE A SEAT IN THE COURSE, you should register with your payment at least two weeks before the course start date. After that, check the course date above to see if the current session is still open. When the course is full, we change the course date to the future session.
