There are two things to your question:
1. If you want to develop /enhance the skills that you already have. Then you must first identify one talent and see at what level are you at in that skill, for example, beginner/intermediate/expert. Then you have to observe what an expert would do or behave with that skill and then you have to imbibe them in your daily life.
2. If you want to learn a new skill, then identify one talent at a time, and you can watch some tutorials on YouTube, talk to experts, read more about it and implement it in your daily life.
