IdentityI am a final year law student. During the course of my study at the University, I have always strived to never let my gender come in the way of achieving my goals. I have previously interned under Sr. Adv. Ms. Indira Jaising, Ms Indira Unninayar (Advocate, High Court of Delhi and Supreme Court of India), Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud (Advocate, Bombay High Court), Prof. Yogendra Yadav among others. I have also worked as the Growth Manager, India for the Negotiation Academy, an Austrian negotiation firm with global, innovative training solutions.
Being in law school has not restricted me in pursuing my personal endeavours, and I have founded the Silent Sexism Project and the Intersectional Feminist Magazine. I have worked closely with Dr. Mitu Khurana and Dr. Indu Prakash Singh, CNN-IBN Citizen Journalist Awardee , on the planning of a movement against Sex Selection in our country that is intrinsically patriarchal. I have been the Student Convenor of the Human Rights and Litigation Committee, School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University). I have also been the Core Team Lead at the Office of Prof. Yogendra Yadav.
