"Worst institute - they keep charging money for the classes we requested to reschedule in time. When their teacher rescheduled, we agreed, but when we request to reschedule, they charge money. Alia, the POC, is the worst educator and coordinator; their job is to extract the hard-earned money of parents or individuals. We practically did 18 classes and paid for 25. Do not fall for them; stay away from these frauds and ALEARN."

Your review contains serious allegations that are both misleading and unacceptable. You have yourself stated that you attended 18 classes out of the 25 sessions purchased. The remaining sessions were part of the package and were governed by the agreed class scheduling and rescheduling terms. It is therefore completely incorrect to portray the situation as if the institute simply “charged money for classes that were never provided." Whenever a trainer needs to reschedule a class, the institute accommodates the change. However, student-requested rescheduling is also subject to the applicable terms and cannot be treated differently simply because it is requested by the student. What is particularly concerning is the use of words such as “fraud” and allegations that the institute is extracting hard-earned money from parents and individuals. These are extremely serious accusations and should not be made casually without facts or evidence. We have been operating with students across different languages and academic programs, and our overall reviews reflect the experience of the vast majority of our students. We are always open to genuine feedback, but personal attacks, defamatory statements, and misleading allegations are not the same as constructive criticism. We strongly request reviewers to verify the complete facts before making public accusations. A review platform should reflect an individual's genuine experience not assumptions, intended to damage an institute's reputation.

"One of the most commercial and worst Institute. They are not bothered if student learns anything or not, their sole motto is to sell number of 'classes'. It's better to get independent language instructors than enrolling for any course in this Institute. Fraudsters! "

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your experience with our institute. You've been a student with us, having taken both German and Spanish programs in 2023. Although the Spanish session was discontinued due to your dissatisfaction with the tutor, you successfully completed the German classes and even posted a positive review. When you later wanted to resume Spanish classes, we offered two new tutors, but you didn't take it up. The refund was processed accordingly on August 2, 2025, after deducting taxes and accounting for the number of sessions attended earlier by you with the first tutor. In spite of no refund policy, the refund was processed accordingly after 2 years. We also got complaints from tutors about you in spite of the fact that we provided new tutors. After all this, it wasn't fair to review the institute.
