"One of the most commercial and worst Institute. They are not bothered if student learns anything or not, their sole motto is to sell number of 'classes'. It's better to get independent language instructors than enrolling for any course in this Institute. Fraudsters! "

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your experience with our institute. You've been a student with us, having taken both German and Spanish programs in 2023. Although the Spanish session was discontinued due to your dissatisfaction with the tutor, you successfully completed the German classes and even posted a positive review. When you later wanted to resume Spanish classes, we offered two new tutors, but you didn't take it up. The refund was processed accordingly on August 2, 2025, after deducting taxes and accounting for the number of sessions attended earlier by you with the first tutor. In spite of no refund policy, the refund was processed accordingly after 2 years. We also got complaints from tutors about you in spite of the fact that we provided new tutors. After all this, it wasn't fair to review the institute.
