I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Definitely. If you acquire something already, you can never lose it. You have to start practising with scratch again. To me, how you were before due to the long gap. It's a slow process still. Move step by step, and you will be able to do it like before very soon.
