First of all, if you find a cake with a label 'Organic', DO NOT BUY (That is my personal opinion) because cakes are made from maida (a chemically processed and bleached form of wheat). Flavouring agents like Vanilla and Cardamom are grown with high doses of chemical pesticides in India. Grapes are grown dipping in pesticides, Indian statistics declares the 68 percentage of milk and milk products contains Urea and other additives.
