English has four skills listening,speaking,reading and writing..if you want to learn english then first listen,then learn the new words and use it,after that try to read books,magaxines,novels or anything of your choice in english..finally you will be good to go with writing..

You have to read good English websites like the CNN, BBC and the Hindu. Read the editorial sections and make a note of all the new words learnt. Inculcate them in your daily usage gradually.
