Hello your question is little bit confusing I am not sure what exactly want to because you are asking that what is the thing that makes more efficient to run in CPU. well the answer is the program with which is highly optimised. ok that is the thing because you have not mentioned about the performance of the CPU rather you are asking about the thing that will run quickly in the CPU. so it will be efficient if the application is highly optimised then it will run smoothly in the CPU. But, if you are looking for the parameters that will make any application to run smoothly then the answer maybe Ram and processor ok read less

Ram and microprocessor. Ram for the size of applications that can run at a time in memory. Microprocessor for how quickly the instructions of applications running can execute. So RAM is for memory and Microprocessor is for executions speed of the system.
