Which branch of astrology gives correct predictions to the minute?

Many techniques of astrology will give correct predictions. However, today Nakshatra KP is popular and used often for predictions. But this would not mean that the other branches are not accurate.

I am a graduate in Mathematics and MBA in HR field.
One must go through the oldest 128 books(from palm leaf writings) can only predict correctly. It is not one method, it comprises all. The person who have belief in God only can master astrology. They can predict well.
