Use of any kind of medium can cracking effect on fabric...put the colour on brush and use thin layer of colour then apply on fabric surface smoothly and spread with water gently.after completing the painting, iron the cloth from back side of the cloth it will make colour fix on the fabric for long time... read more

For this issues you will get lots of color fixer in the market . Alternatively you can use fevicol mix it with thinner and apply on it will also help
