Painting is an art so it depends on your efforts and interest. If u make efforts and have interest you can learn within 2-3 months also.. :)

Its not like that... At every step of your life You learn something new...So, its not the thing that you can learn in 2-3 weeks or months or years....Though I am an Experienced Tutor, i can say I am still learning ART... every time in a different and creative way...
