If you are in Junior High Yu can start with rapid sketching and drawing then, you can experimenting with water colour, poster colour and then, make creative portfolio and apply for Fine arts college in Baroda, Mumbai, Shantiniketan, Delhi, etc.,

Start sketching and scribbling some designs and objects which is near to you. Then start with colouring and shading. There are lots of online portals and books available to improve your skill. After that you can learn the art from a proper master.
