Yes, in a way. If you have the newer versions of Flash which has the 3D rotation tool, it is possible to mimic some basic types of 3D animations in Flash. Another option is if you use the 3D animation tool on an image in Adobe Photoshop, then import those template images into the Adobe Flash Library, and then play the animation in Adobe Flash to convert the entire animation into a Flash SWF file. These are the only two methods available that's simplest to do 3D animation in Flash. Another more time consuming method is to take a realistic (photographic) image and have it in every possible angle, and then manipulate those images manually by placing them (as you require) in sequential key frames and creating the animation. read less

Hi Nish, you can do 3d animation with help of flare 3d / alway3d etc... Using flare3d plugin you can import 3d mesh object along with animation and use it for 3d gaming in Adobe flash.

No Flash is not recommended for 3D Animation.You can create 3D Animation in Autodesk Maya,Autodesk 3ds Max etc.

Flash is basically a 2D animation software and used for 2D in production. there r ways it can be used for 3D for matching with 2D . Can not do 3D in flash, because it has a 2d interface.
