No and not possible also because Angular JS is used for Front End development and PHP is a server side script used for back end development. In fact, you may have to use these two as a combination for a full stack development, both front end and back end. But, PHP is getting replace by many modern and future technologies. For example, Node JS. This is one of the future technologies that can make web applications 10 times faster and high performing. Even with heavy load of data coming in the site’s speed doesn’t get affected. read less
