React is easier to learn for someone with a good understanding of Javascript. Angular has a higher learning curve. Typescript, used in Angular, is easier to learn for someone with a background in OOP Languages like C# or Java. Hope this information is helpful to you.

Since I have tried both of them, I would say that React is better, but a few of my friend who has worked with angular suggests that Angular has a better-organized way. It also requires a lot of coding. So React with no doubt.
