IdentityPreeti Saini is an I/O Psychologist and Training Head at Barkat pvt ltd. She has over 9 years of Experience in Soft Skills Training, career guidance and motivational counselling. She has done her M.Sc and B.Sc in Psychology with distinction ( grade A) from Bangalore University.
She has Conducted training in different States in India with Great exposure in designing , Managing, Planning, Organizing and Conducting courses and workshops on Personality development, Stress-management, Time management and leadership, Public speaking , Presentations skills, Communication skills, English fluency, Self development, memory techniques.
Recently she has also been selected by the Indian Academy of Health Psychology( IAHP) to be a member of the national 'IAHP Covid19 Task Force' to provide free psychological aid and counselling to the public.
Her extensive experience has seen her work with both adults and children of various ages, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, presenting with a diverse range of complaints and conditions. She adapts her style and technique according to individual needs, personality and situation. She holds a proactive, adaptable and committed approach to her work.
She is also certified in the 'I Know Gender" series of courses from the UN WOMEN TRAINING CENTRE.
