I had attended my first Yoga class during the lockdown from one of institute in akola. That same year, I found my interest in yoga and started to be a pro in the field of yoga so That year I took a addmission in diploma of yoga from nashik And i Successfully completed my diploma and now I am also running my own class of yoga in my city,Akola.My yoga journey start after my pregnancy so when my weight gain is a lot so everyone suggested to do yoga so for my health i started yoga then after 1 month i was seeing the effects of yoga as my weight loss is good i am back in my favourite weight 😁 after seeing these wonderful effect i aslo started mediation which make myself a new person aslo aerobics to make me carbs free So if you want also to make your health good fit and fine and make ourselves a person which we like so DM me for the online classes.
