Santosh Balkrishna Jatade

I teach students from Class 1 to 9 across all subjects and have been dedicated to helping young learners achieve academic success for over 16 years. Along with school-level education, I specialize in preparing students for various competitive and entrance exams, including PSC (Public Service Commission) exams, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance exams, and scholarship tests. In addition to academics, I also offer training in stock market trading, helping individuals understand financial concepts and develop practical skills in this domain.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a Diploma in Education (D.Ed.), which have provided me with the knowledge and methodologies essential for effective teaching. These academic credentials, combined with years of hands-on experience, enable me to understand different learning styles and deliver lessons in a way that is both clear and engaging. I believe that education is not about memorization but about developing a deeper understanding and confidence in the subject matter.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with students of varying abilities and helping them progress academically. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey has been witnessing students improve not only in their school subjects but also in competitive exam performance. Many of my students have successfully cleared scholarship programs and entrance tests, and the feedback from parents and students alike has been overwhelmingly positive. These successes are a reflection of my structured approach and commitment to my students’ growth.

My teaching style focuses on creating a structured and interactive learning environment. I follow a well-planned lesson structure and emphasize concept-based learning rather than rote memorization. Regular assessments and feedback are integral parts of my methodology, ensuring that students stay on track and continuously improve. For competitive exams, I design targeted strategies that focus on important topics, time management, and problem-solving skills.

I offer both online and offline classes, providing flexibility for students and parents to choose what works best for them. In my sessions, I use a whiteboard to ensure clarity while explaining concepts, similar to a traditional classroom setup. Whenever necessary, I also provide additional learning materials and notes to support students in their preparation.

What I enjoy most about teaching is making a real difference in a student’s academic journey. Whether it’s helping a young learner grasp the basics of mathematics or guiding an aspirant through the challenges of a competitive exam, every achievement brings a sense of satisfaction and purpose. My ultimate goal is to create an atmosphere where learning is enjoyable, practical, and leads to long-term success for every student I work with.
