Reluctant is a person or a living being who experiences a form of hesitation in doing or not doing individual acts, e.g. asking for help, speaking to someone, travelling pillion, etc.
Deepika was reluctant to take help from Ranvir. Ranvir's family did not appreciate this reluctancy of Deepika.
Inefficient is about the quality or manner the work is done. The result of unproductive work or incompetent person is always bad/weak.
