I am a professionally trained educator holding a D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) with proven expertise in primary pedagogy, evidenced by qualifying the CTET (Paper 1) and REET PRT. My teaching experience is centered on the unique developmental and psychological needs of children in the foundational and preparatory stages (Classes I-V). ​Pedagogical Methodology ​My approach is built on the principle of "Learning by Doing." I move away from traditional rote memorization, instead focusing on Activity-Based Learning (ABL). For students in Class I-V, I utilize: ​Concrete to Abstract Transition: Using physical objects (manipulatives) to teach mathematical concepts like addition and place value before moving to written equations. ​Thematic Learning: Integrating Environmental Studies (EVS) with language and art to help students see the world as a connected whole rather than isolated subjects. ​NIPUN Bharat Standards: Prioritizing Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) to ensure every child achieves grade-level proficiency in reading and basic math by Class 3. ​Subject-Specific Expertise ​Mathematics: I focus on building "Number Sense." I use mental math games and storytelling to eliminate "math anxiety" early on. ​Environmental Studies (EVS): I encourage curiosity by linking lessons to the student’s immediate surroundings—plants, animals, and local community roles—fostering a sense of environmental responsibility. ​Language Development: I employ phonics-based instruction for both English and Hindi to improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and creative expression.
