Hello Nithya, Since language has to be first understood, so read a lot and read aloud.Watch programmes in continuation for at least half an hour two- three times a day,watch movies with stories and not really sifi or action movies. And then start with short sentences.

Listen & Speak Watch English T.V shows( don't start directly from american T.V Programs). Go on slow & gradually increase your understanding. Listening is the key. Listen more speak less in start, never stop doing it & as we say-- Practice makes a man perfect. Good luck.
