There is no full English or partial English, learning is a continuous process, even trainers like us read books, would refer to grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, if one wants to excel in English, that person should spend maximum hours to equip. If I assume you mean to ask how long it would take to learn English, for that I would suggest you to take a course with a professional trainer, that may help you and if you work hard with interest you may acquire communication skills in 3 or 4 months, but continuous learning is important. read less
