go to the CC Desktop application in your menu bar (Mac) or task bar (Windows), set your language Preference for installing applications (temporarily our definitely) to English, go to the Apps tab of the panel and remove and re-install Photoshop. With earlier CS versions it was harder or even impossible, depending on the license you purchased. I believe you were allowed to change your license to a different language to some degree out by paying a fee… BTW, Adobe Muse and Acrobat can change their language just by setting a preference in the application, quitting, and restarting the application. read less
