If we talk about stage acting, some techniques are almost the same in the technique of acting, there is a slight difference in them, like meisner, Stanislavski, Lee Starsberg etc., which are the techniques of realistic acting, where you have to convince the audience that what ther are seeing is happening in real. it is just like creating an illusion of realism. Brecht's acting technique, on the other hand, is just the opposite, where you have to convince the audience that what they are seeing is a play, nothing really happening.
