I am a dedicated educator with around 4 years of teaching experience, primarily working with BBA and MBA students in the area of Human Resource Management. I enjoy helping students understand management concepts clearly and connecting what they learn in their classrooms with practical situations they may encounter in the business world.

My academic background includes postgraduate qualifications in MBA, M.Com., and M.LIS. These qualifications have given me a strong foundation in management, commerce, and related areas. My academic experience and practical exposure have also helped me develop a well-rounded approach to teaching students at different learning levels.

I specialise in Human Resource Management and focus on helping students understand both theoretical concepts and their practical applications. HRM includes several concepts that become much easier to understand when they are connected to real workplace situations. I therefore try to make my lessons relevant by using examples and case studies that help students understand how management principles work in real organisations.

My teaching methodology is student-centered, structured, and practical. I begin by understanding the student's syllabus, current level of knowledge, academic goals, and areas where they require additional support. I then prepare lessons accordingly and explain topics step by step, making sure students have a clear understanding before moving on to more advanced concepts.

I encourage interactive classes where students can ask questions, participate in discussions, and clarify their doubts. I believe that discussions are particularly useful for management subjects because they allow students to look at concepts from different perspectives. I also use real-life examples and case studies to make topics more engaging and help students connect theoretical knowledge with practical situations.

Regular practice and revision are also part of my teaching approach. I provide guidance for assignments and examination preparation and keep track of the student's progress throughout the learning process. When required, I revisit concepts and provide additional explanations so that students can strengthen areas where they are facing difficulty.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make lessons organised and visually engaging. My goal is to help BBA and MBA students develop strong conceptual knowledge, improve their academic performance, and gain an understanding of Human Resource Management that is useful not only for their examinations but also for their future academic and professional careers.
