WordPress Sahifa theme is widely used on many websites, but why does it not support vertical thumbnails (featured image)? Is there any way to fix it?

Hi, I am new to Wordpress and want to create a website for a doctor, similar to Lifeforce. What theme would work best for this kind of content?
