Where should I start blogging with blogger.com or WordPress?

you can use both if you have strong knowledge in html choose blogger.com then only you can create user friendly website. otherwise better you select wordpress theme. coming to functional and SEO purpose both are ok. but my personal opinion wordpress is best.

Instead of using Wordpress, use blogger.com , because blogger is google product and your blog could get high traffic compare to wordpress
