There are various paid themes you can use in wordpress, 90% themes are mobile responsive. So you can use any theme which you like from themeforest. I suggest you BeTheme.

Hi, Free themes are having limited options. Always go with premium themes like eleganthemes. But I prefer "Total Theme" it has full customized options. You can customize layout, page, header and footer etc.
