Yamaha is the best. Buy a lower end one to start with like a PSR F 50, cost around 6.5 - 7k . Attend class somewhere for a year or so. if you think you have it in you then choose to upgrade to a better one.

Casio ctk 7000 can take you to grade-8. It not as expensive as Yamaha and will cost you around 18 to 19 thousand. A second hand about 7 to 10 thousand.
