It depends on the requirement of the website and the available resources. You have freedom to choose since everything is possible in each technology. If you are more concerned about budget and rapid development I would say PHP obviously. CMS systems are developed based on these technologies. hi Sarfaraz, if you will change the template of the site the, whole website structure will change automatically. you lost our old structure. before do any activity/changes just take a full site backup.
