I have been teaching Yoga for the past two years and consider it both a profession and a path toward holistic well-being. My journey into yoga began much earlier, but I formalized my practice when I received certification from the AYUSH Board in October 2022. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Yoga Shastra, and I’m in the final semester, which adds a deeper philosophical and therapeutic dimension to my teaching.

My teaching experience includes conducting yoga sessions in corporate offices and residential societies, where I’ve primarily worked with housewives and working professionals. The sessions are tailored to focus on practical health improvement and stress relief. I teach a mix of Sukshma Vyayama, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, Asanas, Shuddhi Kriyas, Mudras, and Bandhas, making each session comprehensive and accessible.

I conduct online classes, which allow me to reach students from different parts of the country. Each session is structured carefully to ensure there’s a balance between theory and practice. My classes are interactive, where students are encouraged to ask questions, clarify doubts, and share their feedback, making learning more personal and impactful.

What sets my teaching apart is the step-by-step practical guidance I provide during every session. I focus on correct posture, breath control, and understanding the purpose behind each practice. I make sure that my students feel comfortable, whether they are beginners or returning to yoga after a break.

My classes are suitable for those who want to improve flexibility, reduce stress, manage lifestyle disorders, or simply make yoga a part of their daily routine. I ensure that even complex practices are explained in a simple and clear way so that students can follow along without feeling overwhelmed.

I am committed to helping people integrate yoga into their lives in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable. Through personalized attention and a structured approach, I aim to help each student develop a deeper awareness of their body, breath, and mind.
