My school is offering 2 different classes, show choir and vocal music. What is the difference?

Carnatic music singer with passion to share my knowledge with future generations

I would suggest vocal music. It will improves students multitasking ability and concentration.

Show choir is a genre of singing which involves a lot vocal harmonization with team work and sycronisation where as Vocal music helps an individual in focusing his/her own voice training and culture.

In simple way ,choir is a singing along in groups ,choir is mostly arranger by music arrangers know as condector who gives direction to the choir singer with the musician in the event ,vocal music is done by an a singer ,who mainly know as lead singer in a event
