not compulsory, if they have command on subject,teaching ebility ,and patience ,can sucseed as a vocal music trainor.

NO. not necessary. sometimes you r good trainer but not performer n sometimes you r both. In INDIA there r so many masters n ustaad who r unknown to us but r great trainer.
