Can I learn Carnatic vocal music at the age of 25 with no knowledge of music?

Definitely ! Age & and prior knowledge are not critical factors when it comes to start learning Carnatic music. Your interest, dedication and willingness to work on making the craft better through regular practices matters than any other factors.
